The personal data that you provide through this Web Site will be stored and will be subject to the Privacy Policy of Roland Legal Services, S.L. (hereinafter, “R&D”). This page contains the R&D’s Privacy Policy that regulates relevant aspects regarding the personal data of the User as an individual.

The User represents and warrants that he/she will not provide R&D with Data from third parties even with their consent, and undertakes to indemnify R&D and hold it harmless from, any losses and damages in which R&D may directly or indirectly incur as a result of breach of this warranty.
2. PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING
The Data that R&D collects from the User will be used to inform the User of the activities, services, events and materials related to the activities comprised within the corporate purpose of R&D, as described in Article 2 of its corporate By-laws.

The collection of Data can allow R&D to obtain a profile of the User, so that the activities set forth in Section 2 above can be carried out in the way that best meets the User’s interests and preferences. For this purpose, it is essential that R&D and the User ensure that the Data are always updated. R&D complies with the safety measures regulations applicable in Spain to databases containing personal data. User acknowledges and accepts that the safety measures in the internet are not infallible.
5. OPPOSITION, ACCESS, RECTIFICATION AND CANCELLATION RIGHTS
The User is entitled to exercise his/her right of opposition, access, rectification and cancellation of his Data of a personal nature by sending to R&D an e-mail to the address mail@roland-douglas.com.
The exercise of the opposition and cancellation rights will have as a consequence the withdrawal of the Data from R&D’s databases..
